Mher Vartanian

As an accomplished, dependable Portfolio Manager, Commercial Real Estate Broker, and Advisor, Mher Vartanian has a proven history of exceeding goals and delivering measurable wins for the organizations and clients he represents. His ability to be an influential communicator has allowed him to become adept at building a strong network of relationships with partners and engaging diverse prospects, clients, and leadership to negotiate and close deals which drive growth.
With a broad experience across asset classes and financial markets, he has developed an eye for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Recognized as an innovative thinker, Mher possess the capacity to solve complex problems and judgment to make sound, impactful decisions.
Mher also works with clients who are not yet in a position to sell by recommending strategies to strengthen property value, improve efficiency, generate greater cash-flow, manage debt, and reduce expenses during their hold period. Mher has a history in commodities trading, and specialized in Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs.

Craig Dunkle

Craig Tyler Dunkle is a seasoned commercial real estate professional, private investor, and developer with over 12 years of experience spanning brokerage, investment, and development. As Senior Director at SCOPE Commercial Real Estate Services, where he leads the Dunkle-Vartanian Group, Craig has facilitated more than 200 transactions totaling over $1 billion across retail, multifamily, office, industrial, and net-leased assets in over 40 states. His expertise—shaped through roles at firms like SCOPE and Marcus & Millichap—combines deep Central Pennsylvania market knowledge with a national reach, earning him a reputation as a trusted advisor to institutional and private capital clients.
Beyond brokerage, Craig brings over a decade of hands-on experience in private investing and development, focusing on value-add opportunities throughout Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic. He has led transformative projects involving zoning, construction, and asset optimization, consistently delivering strong returns through strategic lease-ups and adaptive reuse. A Mechanicsburg native and Temple University graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration & Legal Studies, Craig is known for his disciplined, relationship-driven approach and commitment to driving economic growth in the Harrisburg region.

Nick Diprimio
PARTNER
Nick DiPrimio works to source and identify acquisition opportunities for Hyperion Capital. Prior to joining Hyperion Capital, Nick completed over $28 million worth of transactions as an investment sales broker.
Nick graduated from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business in 2021 majoring in Finance and minoring in Real Estate Development & Management. Nick's skillset includes underwriting and due diligence management which are critical for a successful transaction.
Jason Brenner
PARTNER
Jason Brenner is a dedicated real estate investor with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in identifying underperforming assets and transforming them into high-performing investments. His portfolio spans multifamily, industrial, and commercial properties, with a focus on long-term growth and passive income. Prior to real estate, Jason spent 25 years in the car business, bringing a strong analytical and financial approach to evaluating deals, negotiating terms, and securing favorable financing.
He has successfully owned and exited multiple projects, including 97 townhomes in State College, PA converted from low-income to student housing, a 12-acre industrial development site in York, PA, and several warehouse-to-flex conversions in Oakland Park, FL. He is currently a partner in two ground-up multifamily developments in Florida totaling over 400 units. In 2025, Jason partnered with Hyperion Capital on the acquisition of a 39,000 SF flex property in Harrisburg, PA—marking the start of a long-term investment partnership. Beyond investing, he is committed to community impact, supporting local initiatives while balancing family life and philanthropic involvement.
Max Cooper has twenty years of commercial real estate experience. He currently invests for his own account in value-add and opportunistic real estate deals in Albuquerque, Philadelphia, and Central Pennsylvania. He serves as sponsor and general partner in numerous deals in these markets. Previously, he led acquisitions and asset management for a residential real estate fund based in New York City. Prior to that, he was an associate with a private equity real estate fund in the Philadelphia region.
He has experience underwriting, closing, and investing in transactions covering diverse property types, including condo developments, multifamily, hotel, office, retail, and industrial. He graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Urban Studies and has an MBA in Finance from New York University
